Announcement of new installers

Certain Sumex 1+ modules or databases have changed, and therefore new installers have been generated.

These changes are

• labValidator: the new EAL/LFA database from 1.1.03 is included now. The DLL is untouched and the interface is still the same.
  
   
• tarmedValidator: the Tarmed database is upgraded to V1.1r and minor internal changes/updates due to V1.1r are incorporated. The interface is still the same.
  
   
• mdInvoiceRequestManager: the final standardize invoice forms in all languages are included. The interface is still the same.
