New builds of swissDRG related COM modules

According to the Forum Datenaustausch swissDRG Addition service records are affiliated to and therefore listed under "other records" in the XML rather than under DRG records.

As a consequence all affected COM modules have been corrected and new builds have been published.
Please do update to the recent build if you are using one of the COM module listed below!
