[in] long lID The reference ID of the DRG service to which the diagnosis is linked. This ID is returned from the GetFirstService / GetNextService iterator.

Note, that this ID is only set in the GetFirstDiagnosis whereas the GetNextDiagnosis acts on the same ID.
[out] BSTR *pbstrCode The code of the diagnosis as defined in the diagnoses catalog.
[out] BSTR *pbstrText Textual description of the code as given in the diagnoses catalog.
[out] BSTR *pbstrCatalog The used catalog that lists the diagnoses e.g. "ICD-10-GM 2009"
[out] BSTR *pbstrRemark The optional remark
[out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE the end of data is reached

E_name This value is returned if the function call was unsuccessful and an error exception was generated. Note that if you are using SmartPointers an exception is thrown under these conditions.
