enCantonal: 0	Mode of hospitalization is cantonal
enIndicated: 1	Mode of hospitalization is non-cantonal (person living in another canton then treated) but indicated. This implicitly qualifies to define "outer cantonal" data and to send a credit request to the cantonal surgeon.
