The general search method for finding ACF services.
Wildcards can be used in all three fields (code, chapterCode, and name) of the SearchGeneral method, and the fields are linked via AND in the search command.

[in] DATE dDate The date to use for the query. Valid (and returned) records must have a validity date range that does include the given date!
Supply a DATE <= 0 to turn off the date range check!
[in] BSTR bstrCode Query string that is used for searching in the code portion of the tariff catalog (cf. properties WildCard and WildCharacter for using wildcards).
