Get and Set the current date for the TarmedValidator module.
 
This date will be used for each method where no explicit date must be specified, for example the SearchCode method in the ISearch interface. The default is the current date.

E_name This value is returned if the function call was unsuccessful and an error exception was generated. Note that if you are using SmartPointers an exception is thrown under these conditions.
