[in] BSTR bstrStructName The variable name/placeholder of the structure.

Use the iterator pair GetFirstStructRole / GetNextStructRole to retrieve the variable name, the semantical typification and the status (defined or undefined) of all structures defined by the currently load PDF form.

[in] DATE dDate The date when the unemployability record was created
[in] DATE dBeginDate The date when the unemployability starts
[in] DATE dEndDate The date when the unemployability ends.
[in] long lPercentage The percentage of the unemployability supplied as a integer value in the interval [0,100].
[in] BSTR bstrRemark An optional remark
