[in] long lID The reference ID of the DRG service to which the procedure is linked. This ID is returned from the AddService method.
[in] BSTR bstrCode The code of the procedure as defined in the procedures catalog.
[in] BSTR bstrText Textual description of the code as given in the procedures catalog.
[in] BSTR bstrCatalog The used catalog that lists the procedures e.g. "CHOP 11"
[in] SideType eSideType The side dependency of the applied procedure
[in] DATE dDate The date when the procedure was applied.
[in] BSTR bstrRemark A optional remark
[out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
