[in] BSTR bstrText The textual description of the diagnosis as given in the diagnoses catalog.
[in] BSTR bstrCatalog The used catalog that lists the diagnosis e.g. "ICD-10-GM 2016".

Note that the diagnosis catalog is an input element for the DRG Grouper process as well.

[in] BSTR bstrRemark An optional remark
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
