This caseID might undefined for certain laws and is than left empty
[out] BSTR *pbstrInsuredID The patient's ID at the insurance (e.g. the insurance ID in KVG)
This patientID might undefined for certain laws and is than left empty
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
