• The automatically loaded/used TARMED in Liechtenstein has changed to Tarmed 1.09 for law=UVG
  The Liechtenstein Medical Association has approved a new TARMED tariff agreement with the UVG insurances. Instead of using Tarmed 01.08BR for any UVG cases Tarmed 01.09 will be automatically loaded/used beginning with 1st March 2024.
   
• Note that all TARMED tariff catalogs are unchanged! However, since the rule engine differs between TarMed 1.08BR and Tarmed 1.09, the UVG cases will behave differently for Liechtenstein from the 1st March 2024 on.

• The version of tarmedValidator100.dll was incremented, but only to sync with the tarmedValidatorServer100. There is no functional difference with version 1.00.134.

• there was a problem in calculating the age restriction (ISearch::GetAgeRestriction) when calculating on the 29th of a February!
   
  This bug is fixed with this new build.

• the errMessage subsystem in rare cases produced an error string '%1':
  with certain multi-session rule violations the errMessageManager did not substituted the correct error text language sensitive and thus resulting in a meaningless error text '%1'.
   
  This bug is fixed with this new build.

• At its meeting on 4th Dec. 2018, the MTK Executive Board decided to discontinue the medical practice costs services (PCA services) for Hospital-affiliated physicians ("Belegärzte") taking effect on 1st Jan. 2019.
   
  Therefore, the validity of the three PCA services (former Tarmed codes 50.0100, 50.0110 and 50.0120, respectively) have been terminated to 31.12.2018 for both tariff databases Tarmed 1.09 and Tarmed 1.08BR
   

• Due to the disagreement between the tariff partners in the social insurance area, Tarmed 1.09 cannot be introduced uniformly as of April 1, 2018. The official date to change from Tarmed 1.08BR to Tarmed 1.09 was removed from the tarmedValidator, build 1.00.129.
   
• Newly, the validity barrier for switching to Tarmed 1.09 UV/IV/MV must be controlled by the main software itself by applying the patch as described below:

• Furthermore, keep in mind that in case of an invoice generation the validity barrier must be set via the used auxiliary interface

• Checks of tolerance-free age limits: the checks of tolerance-free age limits has in rare cases been false-positive, because the underlying age determination could deviate by one day due to a lack of a double-leap year correction.
  This bug only affected Tarmed 1.09 and is fixed with this correction.

• Tarmed 1.09 database: the age limitation of the services 22.0035 and 22.0045 was wrongly defined in the BAG's official TarMed Database. The age restriction must be defined as inside intervall [6a - 75a] and not the logical opposite.
  The database was corrected accordingly.
   
  
• "#no123TypeServices" patch of ISearch::FindDescendant: the search space of ISearch::FindDescendant("aCode#no123TypeServices",...) was too much restricted in rare cases thus not all possible descendants were returned.
  This error is acknowledged and eliminated, resulting in the correct cardinality of the search space.

• SearchAdditionalService: Using the method SearchAdditionalService in the context of a stationary treatment could result in a SQL error exception if the target set was empty. The SQL statement was corrected and thus resulting in an empty set as expected.
   
  
• TP(mt) reduction: The internal scaling factor of the main service was not taken into account in the calculation of the medical TP for services of type "percent of percent" under the regime "TP reduction of pract. med.". This error is acknowledged and eliminated, thus resulting in correctly calculated TP reductions.

• tarmedValidator with Tarmed V1.09 tariff valid from 1.1.2018
   
• tarmedValidator includes new patches made available for querying, retrieving and qualifying tariff data.
