drugValidator new monthly update schedule of SL database

Important notice

Since the BSV/OFAS (Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung) is updating the content and pricing of the pharmaceuticals covering the SL by its monthly bulletins we will update the drugValidator database in the same frequency. Beginning in May, a monthly update of the drugValidator will be published
as full installer and/or netUpdate project as soon as the BSV/OFAS bulletins are available.

As these updates are NOT incremental regarding the SL database of the drugValidator but do always covers the whole time range, there is no absolute neccessity to perform each and every updates.

Each update will be accompanied by a corresponding Sumex1 flash announcement.
