tarmedValidator: new build with removed auto-switching to Tarmed 1.09 UV/IV/MV as per 01.04.18

Due to the disagreement between the tariff partners in the social insurance area, Tarmed 1.09 cannot be introduced uniformly as of April 1, 2018. The official date to change from Tarmed 1.08BR to Tarmed 1.09 was removed from the tarmedValidator, build 1.00.129.

Newly, the validity barrier for switching to Tarmed 1.09 UV/IV/MV must be controlled by the main software itself by applying the patch as described below:

Furthermore, keep in mind that in case of an invoice generation the validity barrier must be set via one of the used auxiliary interface

• IGeneralInvoiceRequestManager430::ITarmedInput
• IGeneralInvoiceRequestManager440::ITarmedInput
• IGeneralInvoiceRequestManager450::IServiceExInput

as well in order to delegate the information into the tarmedValidator!
