Determines the anaesthesia records corresponding to the specified service code and reference context.
This method must be called for each relevant service in the current session before calling the iterator pair GetFirstAnaesthesiaRecord / GetNextAnaesthesiaRecord.
 
Note: For percentage-based services (e.g., surcharge services without their own duration), the bstrRefCode should contain the
code of the referenced base service. This ensures that anaesthesia minutes can be resolved accurately using the base service definition.

[in] BSTR bstrCode The base service code to be analyzed for anaesthesia relevance.
[in] BSTR bstrReferenceCode An optional reference code associated with the base service. This is required for certain service types (e.g., percentage-based services) that do not define anaesthesia duration on their own.
[in] AnaesthesiaInterventionClassType eAnaesthesiaInterventionClass Anaesthesia intervention class.
[in] DATE dBirthdate Patient"s birth date.
[in] DATE dDate Date of the service.
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status. VARIANT_TRUE means S_OK, VARIANT_FALSE means S_FALSE (e.g. in an iterator) or an error (E_name).
In the later case check for possible errors with the GetAbortInfo method.
