[in] BSTR | bstrStructName | The variable name/placeholder of the structure.
Use the iterator pair GetFirstStructRole / GetNextStructRole to retrieve the variable name, the semantical typification and the status (defined or undefined) of all structures defined by the currently load PDF form. |

[in] AllergyType | eAllergyType | The type of the allergy defined by the AllergyType enumerator | |
[in] BSTR | bstrCode | The code of the allergy as given in the corresponding allergy catalog.
Leave empty if no coding system is used. |

Supply a free text description of the allergy if no coding system is used. |
