Finalizes and validates all data set so far in the GeneralNotificationRequest interface. This method is the counterpart to the Initialize method.

This method should be called after all data have been set in the IGeneralNotificationRequest interface since higher-level validation rules can only be called at the end of input. Therefore, be prepared to get validation errors at that point.

[HTTP result status] 200 Return status 200 signals a successful method call
204 Return status 204 (noContent) signals that the end of an iteration is reached
