This caseID might be undefined for certain laws (e.g. KVG|VVG) and is left empty in such a case

This patientID might be undefined for certain laws and is left empty in such a case
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then the law container was not set/defined.
