Adds a BfS record to the list of BfS records.

This basically means that a number=name pair in the used data language) from a certain BfS code is supplied, whereas the allowed value space is defined in the "hospital statistics" catalog of the BfS.

Please note, that the input of one BfS record per BfS record type is mandatory to become standard compliant with hospitalMCDRequest_440, whereas in hospitalMCDRequest_450 BfS records have been deleted due to a request of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Thus, if you plan to downgrade to version 440 carry out this method.

[in] BfSRecordType eBfSRecordType The type of BfS record for which the number=name pair is supplied.

Please note, that it is mandatory to input one BfS record per BfSRecordType.

[in] BSTR bstrName The name part of a number=name pair.
[out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.

E_name This value is returned if the function call was unsuccessful and an error exception was generated. Note that if you are using SmartPointers an exception is thrown under these conditions.
