Adds an additional (alternative) provider object with various identifiers (GLN, ZSR,...) and the structured address, who are taking over part or all of the planned treatment, should the primary provider be indisposed or hindered from doing so.
 
The address is defined via an IAddress interface pointer and the address data must be defined prior to call this method.

Note, that the debitor's EAN is a required parameter. However, debitors in Tiers Garant might not possess such an EAN. Therefore do supply a EAN from the private EAN space (e.g. 2000000000008) in such a case.

A NULL pointer is supplied if no address should be set.
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
