This method has a Restful Webservice representation only!
Method for collecting all case detail records covered by the IGeneralInvoiceResult interface and returned as JSON array.
 
Please note that IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetCaseDetails takes over the functionality of the iterator pair IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetFirstCaseDetail / IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetNextCaseDetail with a single call, making the latter superfluous.

Note, that this date must be equal or greater then the dDateBegin of the treatment period set in IGeneralInvoiceRequest::SetTreatment method.
